Satirists at 'The Onion' are "reporting" that electronic voting company Diebold accidentally revealed it has already rigged the 2008 election in favor of Sen. John McCain.

"A minor software glitch at the Diebold Corporation today caused thousands of electronic voting machines to accidentally release the results of the 2008 presidentail election months ahead of schedule," reports a straight-faced Onion News Network host in the video below.

"I don't even know if I can enjoy the sham election now that I know who's gonna win," said one "voter" on the street, as another rued, "If you can't trust your shadowy overlords to keep a secret ... what is the purpose really of voting in a puppet democracy?"

A bogus spokesperson for Sen. Hillary Clinton is shown before the "press," saying Clinton "isn't about to give up just because she lost the election. She'll give up when she's supposed to, on Election Day. And she'll act surprised."

Do you really thing Bush is "incahoots" with Al-Qaeda? Have you lost your freakin' mind? Is it so simple for you to spout off complete ignorance so easily? C'mon dude that is beyond ridiculous!

The international community is NOT up in arms about this, Serbia is and a few eastern block countries are not happy... Is independence pleasing to everyone?

The U.S.,Britain, Germany and yes even France (Sarcozy is a blessing) are behind this...

What does "all over this war"? Can you explain that comment? Kosovo has nothing to do with "this war"....

So we are back to "imperialism"? Some how I don't remember our invasion of of the Balkan states....Is there something I am missing?

You know "T" I think you might be happier in The Congo eating rice pudding with your fingers and enjoying "true freedom", away from "the horrors" of all the evil of the west....

T - I didn't say I was republican; I'm not, actually. Since you missed that I'm not surprised you missed the entire point of my comment as well. Are you being deliberately obtuse in saying that "there is no difference between democrats and republicans this time around?" I can name about five big differences off the cuff. If you cannot then I suggest you delve into these candidates' policies a bit more, thx.

Dana - You might be caught in the red/blue illusion if you think that you are being "republican" by voting for mccain just because he is the "republican" candidate ... I hate to break it you but the fix is in , There IS NO DIFFERENCE BETWEEN REPUBLICANS AND DEMOCRATS , at least not this time around .... keep voting on that idea and help keep America in this vicious cycle ..

Kosovo has declared INDEPENDENCE and the international community is up in arms about it ... they want to be a sovereign nation , let it be . They want to have anything to do with NATO , let it be . They don't want to be controlled by the turks , russians , chinese , or have sanctions by the U.S. , let it be .... Goddamn . . all of this war , imperialism and globalizations its sickening .
